"Cassano?-", ms min was gonna ask her something but a voice stopped her.

Yn's eyes which were soft and polite till now, suddenly turned ice cold. Her cold aura was visibly radiating from her. The min family was not able to detect it as they were distracted by the voice of.....

Yn turned towards the sound as she stared coldly at that person. All the emotions that were in her eyes suddenly disappeared leaving a pair of emotionless eyes.

Ms min smiled at Mr kim as she walked towards him, hugging him as she greeted him with a smile."Hi honey"

Mr kim's attention turned towards yn as he looked at her with a fake smile. "Yn-ah, i missed you.", yn looked at him emotionlessly,

"Fortunately, It was not the same for me, Mr Kim.",Her cold voice entered their ears like chilly wind as it send shivers down their spine. The min family looked at her completly being shocked.

"y-yn-ah, what are you saying?", he stuttered, sounding hurt by her words. But in reality, he was fuming inside.

The min family were ofcourse shocked as it's the first time they have heard yn's cold voice. But bangpink were also angered as they saw Mr Kim hurt.

Before they could say something, Ms min decided to control the situation,"a-ah ,how about we go inside the mansion first, it's really cold outside." ,She said and Mr kim nodded. Yn didn't wait for them as she just walked towards the entrance door, entering the mansion.

The others also followed behind and entered the mansion . Yn entered the living room and took her seat on a single couch, crossing her legs.

The others (ofcourse it doesn't include Ms min) were quite offended by her disrespectful manner,but bangpink especially the maknaes could not believe that this is the same person that they met before.

They all sat on the couches. Mr kim cleared his throught, "So, as you all might know, Im marrying my love, hye kyo.", He said with a smile as he looked at her beside him, "The marriage will take place in one week so i hope you guys dont have any problem.", bangpink didnt have any problem so he turned towards yn,

"yn-ah, are you okay with this?", He asked with a fake smile.

She scoffed, "Its not like, I'll say no and you'll stop the marriage. Is it?", She looked at him and seeing him hesitate she continued,"No right? Then dont ask."

Mr kim sat their awkwardly, cursing her silently.

Bangpink couldn't believe that Yn is a kind of person who would hate her father to this extend. They are ofcourse not fools afterall.

They looked at eachothers, knowing that they were all thinking the same thing, they nodded and acted like nothing happened.

Everyone except yn, talked and laughed at the funny points. Yn didnt mind any of them and just sat there silently.

Suddenly, her phone rang, dragging everyone's attention on her.

She took her phone out, checking the id with a frown.

'Taehyun?'

Her heart panicked. It was not at all normal for any of the txt members to call her suddenly. She was sure that something happened.

She stood up, "I have to take this call", ms min nodded and she went to a corner.

She picked the call up and before she could say something, the person on the other side interrupted her.

"n-noona",taehyun's weak voice hit her like a bullet that pierced through her heart.

"y-yah, what happened?", she panicked.

"Noona, can you come outside. We are infront of the kim mansion", soobin's voice came from the otherside as he cut the call.

Y/N pov

I ran to the living room but slowed my pace when i got near the min family and Mr kim."i will be back in a moment.", i bowed a little and tried to look as normal as i could. I walked outside without hearing their repley.

Once i was out of the living room, i ran outside as i saw yeonjun's car a little away from the gate.

I ran towards there, the guards were looking at me weirdly but i didnt care as i got inside the car.

Just as i stepped in, two little hands wrapped around me. I hugged my son back, patting and drawing circles on his back to calm him down. He was a strong boy.

I diverted my attention to my brothers as soon as i made sure rowoon was okay.

And thats when i noticed. Taehyun was shot. I quickly moved to his side after giving rowoon to soobin. "What happened to you!!?", I asked as I pressed the wound on his leg with a clean cloth. Beomgyu handed me the first aid kit as i started taking care of his wounds while listening to yeonjun's explanation.

"Noona, Our mansion was attacked by our enemies. And....", he trailed, And I glared at him, telling him to continue. ''It seems like t-they were here for rowoon..", my breath hitched and my hands which were stiching taehyun's wounds, stopped abruptly.

"No..", I whispered.

I always feared this day will come one day but.. Didnt expect it to be so soon.
I continued the stiching as i know its more important for now."How did they find out about rowoon?", I asked furiously. I myself was the one who made sure that his data could be found nowhere. I myself was the one who put 24 self-made firewalls to protect his data from anyone who tries to find his information. There is no chance for anyone to find out about him, unless....

"A guard betrayed us.", Yeonjun revealed, clearing my suspicion.

"Where is he now?", I asked, menace lacing in my voice.

"h-he escaped", he replied, looking down in shame.

"its okay. We can catch him anytime, all that matters now is yours and rowoons safety.", i said as i finished stiching taehyun's wounds.

Whenever it came to the safety of my child, i never lack anything. But today....

I sighed as i looked back at them."Go to our 3rd base and stay there for a while. Its not completely safe but its our only option". I said but beomgyu interupted,"but.. What about rowoon?", he asked.

I don't have any other choice. Today, my child had to see his uncle getting shot. I can't let anything like that repeat again. I've always tried to keep him away from my work. Even though I can't completely keep him away from it because as mine and 'his' son, he is bound to be connected to the dangers of under world.

"As much as i dont want Mr kim to be near him, i can't ignore the fact that its dangerous for rowoon if he stays in one of our bases or hiding spots.", the boys knew i had a point so they also agreed.

I turned towards rowoon who is hugging soobin, burying his face on soobin's stomach.

"Woonie.", i called as he turned around,"lets go.", I said and picked him up, but he asked.''what about uncles?",

"they will be okay, dont worry". I answered and stepped out of the car.

I watched as the car drove away, and then i turned my head to rowoon. "woonie, Remember, mama told you about mama's father?", i asked,

"yeah, the bad guy who hurt mama", he answered with a angry pout.

"yeah, so, from now on we are going to live with him, dont worry he wont be able to do anything. But when we are here, dont tell anyone about mama's past, okay? ", i asked, making sure he understands everything.

"okay!", he smiled widely at me.

I know he must have been scared but still he is strong and knows what to do. I smiled at him and i made my way to the mansion holding his hand. The guards looked at me shocked when they saw a kid with me.

I ignored them as i opened the main door and went inside.
